O Senado Federal aprovou nesta quarta-feira (14) a Proposta de Emenda \u00e0 Constitui\u00e7\u00e3o (PEC) que prev\u00ea o fim da escala de trabalho 6×1, com dois dias de descanso remunerado por semana e redu\u00e7\u00e3o da jornada m\u00e1xima de 44 para 40 horas semanais, sem diminui\u00e7\u00e3o salarial<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n

A proposta recebeu 75 votos favor\u00e1veis e um contr\u00e1rio, do senador Hamilton Mour\u00e3o (Republicanos-RS). Ap\u00f3s a aprova\u00e7\u00e3o nos dois turnos, o texto segue para promulga\u00e7\u00e3o pelo Congresso Nacional.<\/span><\/p>\n

O que muda para os trabalhadores?<\/span><\/h2>\n

A PEC prev\u00ea a ado\u00e7\u00e3o da escala 5×2, com cinco dias de trabalho e dois de descanso remunerado por semana. Um dos dias de folga dever\u00e1 ocorrer preferencialmente aos domingos.<\/span><\/p>\n

A implementa\u00e7\u00e3o ser\u00e1 gradual. Sessenta dias ap\u00f3s a promulga\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong>, a jornada m\u00e1xima semanal dever\u00e1 cair de 44 para 42 horas. Depois de mais 12 meses, o limite ser\u00e1 reduzido para 40 horas semanais.<\/span><\/p>\n

A mudan\u00e7a busca ampliar o per\u00edodo de descanso dos trabalhadores sem comprometer seus sal\u00e1rios.<\/span><\/p>\n

Fim da escala 6×1 entra no debate eleitoral<\/span><\/h2>\n

A vota\u00e7\u00e3o ocorreu a poucos dias do segundo turno das elei\u00e7\u00f5es presidenciais e refor\u00e7ou o debate sobre as condi\u00e7\u00f5es de trabalho no pa\u00eds.<\/span><\/p>\n

O presidente Luiz In\u00e1cio Lula da Silva (PT), candidato \u00e0 reelei\u00e7\u00e3o, defende o fim da escala 6×1. Apoiadores do petista buscaram acelerar a tramita\u00e7\u00e3o da proposta para concluir a vota\u00e7\u00e3o antes do segundo turno.<\/span><\/p>\n

J\u00e1 o senador Fl\u00e1vio Bolsonaro (PL), tamb\u00e9m candidato \u00e0 Presid\u00eancia, criticou a proposta durante a campanha, mas declarou apoio \u00e0 vota\u00e7\u00e3o na v\u00e9spera da an\u00e1lise no Senado.<\/span><\/p>\n

Fl\u00e1vio tamb\u00e9m defendeu uma alternativa baseada no pagamento por horas trabalhadas, modelo que poderia permitir varia\u00e7\u00f5es na remunera\u00e7\u00e3o conforme a quantidade de horas cumpridas.<\/span><\/p>\n

Quando as novas regras entram em vigor?<\/span><\/h2>\n

A PEC precisa ser promulgada para que a mudan\u00e7a constitucional seja formalizada. O cronograma de transi\u00e7\u00e3o dever\u00e1 ser contado a partir dessa etapa.<\/span><\/p>\n
