Segundo o \u00f3rg\u00e3o, a interven\u00e7\u00e3o busca melhorar as condi\u00e7\u00f5es de tr\u00e1fego e mobilidade<\/strong>, facilitando o deslocamento dos moradores e a circula\u00e7\u00e3o da produ\u00e7\u00e3o local.
