A regra est\u00e1 prevista no C\u00f3digo Eleitoral e foi inclu\u00edda pelo Tribunal Superior Eleitoral (TSE) no calend\u00e1rio do pleito.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">O primeiro turno das elei\u00e7\u00f5es ser\u00e1 realizado no <strong>domingo (4)<\/strong>. A restri\u00e7\u00e3o come\u00e7a cinco dias antes da vota\u00e7\u00e3o e tem como objetivo garantir a liberdade do eleitor durante o per\u00edodo eleitoral.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Quais s\u00e3o as exce\u00e7\u00f5es?<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">A proibi\u00e7\u00e3o de pris\u00e3o n\u00e3o \u00e9 absoluta.
