Araras (SP) confirmou a quarta morte por febre maculosa em 2026.<\/strong> A v\u00edtima \u00e9 uma mulher de 49 anos, que morreu em 13 de setembro<\/strong>. O caso foi confirmado pela Secretaria Municipal da Sa\u00fade nesta quinta-feira (24).<\/span><\/p>\n

Segundo a Prefeitura, a mulher passou pelo Hospital Pr\u00f3-Sa\u00fade, pela UPA e pela Santa Casa<\/strong>. Conforme a Vigil\u00e2ncia em Sa\u00fade, os sintomas j\u00e1 estavam avan\u00e7ados quando ela recebeu atendimento<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n

Equipes de Zoonoses e da Vigil\u00e2ncia Epidemiol\u00f3gica est\u00e3o em contato com a fam\u00edlia para identificar os locais frequentados pela v\u00edtima<\/strong> e avaliar a necessidade de novas pesquisas de carrapatos.<\/span><\/p>\n

Em 2026, quatro pessoas morreram por febre maculosa em Araras<\/strong>: duas crian\u00e7as, de 8 e 9 anos, em janeiro; uma mulher de 52 anos, em agosto; e a mulher de 49 anos, em setembro.<\/span><\/p>\n

A doen\u00e7a \u00e9 transmitida por carrapatos infectados<\/strong>. Entre os sintomas est\u00e3o febre, dor de cabe\u00e7a, n\u00e1useas, v\u00f4mitos, dores musculares e manchas ou vermelhid\u00e3o na pele.<\/span><\/p>\n

A orienta\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 procurar atendimento m\u00e9dico rapidamente<\/strong> em caso de sintomas ap\u00f3s poss\u00edvel contato com carrapatos ou \u00e1reas de risco.<\/span><\/p>\n
