font-size: 12pt;\">Ap\u00f3s a interdi\u00e7\u00e3o, segundo o conselho, as recusas passaram, em geral, a ser justificadas pela\u00a0<strong>falta de capacidade para receber novos animais<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Conselho cobra alternativas para animais em situa\u00e7\u00e3o de risco<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Para o COMBEA, a interdi\u00e7\u00e3o do abrigo\u00a0<strong>n\u00e3o deveria significar a interrup\u00e7\u00e3o indefinida da prote\u00e7\u00e3o e do atendimento de animais em situa\u00e7\u00e3o de risco, sofrimento ou maus-tratos<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">COMBEA cita Constitui\u00e7\u00e3o e decis\u00f5es do STF<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Na resposta ao Jornal O Movimento, o COMBEA citou o\u00a0<strong>artigo 225 da Constitui\u00e7\u00e3o Federal<\/strong>, que estabelece o dever de prote\u00e7\u00e3o da fauna e determina medidas para impedir pr\u00e1ticas que submetam os animais \u00e0 crueldade.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;
