A proposta tamb\u00e9m prev\u00ea <strong>dois dias de descanso semanal remunerado<\/strong>, sendo um deles preferencialmente aos domingos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">A medida \u00e9 uma <strong>pauta trabalhista defendida pelo governo do presidente Luiz In\u00e1cio Lula da Silva (PT)<\/strong> e tamb\u00e9m conta com apoio de parlamentares da oposi\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><strong>PEC ainda pode mudar<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">A aprova\u00e7\u00e3o na CCJ <strong>n\u00e3o significa que a escala 6&#215;1 tenha sido extinta<\/strong>. Um deles dever\u00e1 ser, preferencialmente, o domingo.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><strong>Exce\u00e7\u00e3o prevista no texto<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">A proposta tamb\u00e9m prev\u00ea uma exce\u00e7\u00e3o para trabalhadores com <strong>ensino superior que recebem mais de 2,5 vezes o teto do INSS<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Segundo o valor indicado no texto da proposta, a regra alcan\u00e7aria trabalhadores com remunera\u00e7\u00e3o superior a <strong>R$ 21.188 por m\u00eas<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><strong>Pauta trabalhista do governo<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">O fim da escala 6&#215;1 e a redu\u00e7\u00e3o da jornada fazem parte das <strong>pautas trabalhistas defendidas pelo governo Lula<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">A discuss\u00e3o ocorre no Congresso em um cen\u00e1rio de prepara\u00e7\u00e3o para as <strong>Elei\u00e7\u00f5es de 2026<\/strong>.
