Se houver necessidade de altera\u00e7\u00e3o, a oficina deve comunicar o consumidor e estabelecer um novo prazo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">O <strong>artigo 66 do C\u00f3digo de Defesa do Consumidor<\/strong> prev\u00ea puni\u00e7\u00e3o para quem fizer afirma\u00e7\u00e3o falsa ou enganosa, ou omitir informa\u00e7\u00e3o relevante sobre produtos ou servi\u00e7os.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">A pena prevista \u00e9 de <strong>deten\u00e7\u00e3o de tr\u00eas meses a um ano e multa<\/strong>, conforme a situa\u00e7\u00e3o prevista na legisla\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Servi\u00e7o malfeito: consumidor pode exigir solu\u00e7\u00e3o<\/span><\/h2>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Se o reparo apresentar problemas ou for executado de maneira inadequada, o consumidor tamb\u00e9m possui direitos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Segundo o <strong>artigo 20 do CDC<\/strong>, o cliente pode, conforme o caso, exigir a <strong>reexecu\u00e7\u00e3o gratuita do servi\u00e7o<\/strong>, a <strong>restitui\u00e7\u00e3o do valor pago<\/strong> ou o <strong>abatimento proporcional do pre\u00e7o<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Garantia legal \u00e9 de 90 dias<\/span><\/h2>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;
