Al\u00e9m disso, ela teria sido mantida em c\u00e1rcere privado, com as m\u00e3os amarradas, sob amea\u00e7as constantes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1237\" data-end=\"1424\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Ainda conforme a den\u00fancia, o agressor obrigou a ex-namorada a fornecer a senha do celular e chegou a cortar parte de seu cabelo, em um epis\u00f3dio marcado por viol\u00eancia f\u00edsica e psicol\u00f3gica.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3 data-section-id=\"1hnpjgp\" data-start=\"1426\" data-end=\"1464\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Crimes tiveram autonomia, diz juiz<\/span><\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"1466\" data-end=\"1622\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Na senten\u00e7a, o juiz <strong data-start=\"1486\" data-end=\"1510\">Edson Jos\u00e9 de Ara\u00fajo<\/strong> rejeitou o argumento da defesa de que os demais crimes deveriam ser absorvidos pela acusa\u00e7\u00e3o de les\u00e3o corporal.<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote data-start=\"1624\" data-end=\"1910\">\n<p data-start=\"1626\" data-end=\"1910\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">&#8220;<strong data-start=\"1627\" data-end=\"1885\">O furto, o c\u00e1rcere privado, as amea\u00e7as e o constrangimento ilegal possuem autonomia f\u00e1tica e des\u00edgnios pr\u00f3prios, ofendendo bens jur\u00eddicos diversos (&#8230;), n\u00e3o se confundindo com a ofensa \u00e0 integridade f\u00edsica, raz\u00e3o pela qual respondem em concurso material<\/strong>&#8220;, destacou o magistrado.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<h3 data-section-id=\"1un1bg7\" data-start=\"1912\" data-end=\"1959\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Reaproxima\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00e3o invalida relato da v\u00edtima<\/span><\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"1961\" data-end=\"2116\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">O juiz tamb\u00e9m ressaltou que uma eventual reaproxima\u00e7\u00e3o entre v\u00edtima e agressor n\u00e3o compromete a credibilidade dos depoimentos prestados durante o processo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2118\" data-end=\"2351\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Na decis\u00e3o, o magistrado observou que esse comportamento \u00e9 frequentemente identificado em casos de viol\u00eancia dom\u00e9stica e familiar, devido ao chamado <strong data-start=\"2267\" data-end=\"2291\">&#8220;ciclo da viol\u00eancia&#8221;<\/strong>, marcado por rela\u00e7\u00f5es de depend\u00eancia emocional e domina\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote data-start=\"2353\" data-end=\"2580\">\n<p data-start=\"2355\" data-end=\"2580\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">&#8220;<strong data-start=\"2356\" data-end=\"2461\">A reaproxima\u00e7\u00e3o da v\u00edtima em rela\u00e7\u00e3o ao agressor, longe de excepcional, constitui fen\u00f4meno recorrente<\/strong>, ligado ao chamado ciclo da viol\u00eancia e \u00e0 rela\u00e7\u00e3o de depend\u00eancia e domina\u00e7\u00e3o que marca esse tipo de delito&#8221;, escreveu.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<h3 data-section-id=\"nvqrom\" data-start=\"2582\" data-end=\"2614\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Indeniza\u00e7\u00e3o por danos morais<\/span><\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"2616\" data-end=\"2822\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Ao fixar a indeniza\u00e7\u00e3o de <strong data-start=\"2642\" data-end=\"2655\">R$ 20 mil<\/strong>, a Justi\u00e7a considerou a gravidade dos fatos, a repeti\u00e7\u00e3o das agress\u00f5es, o sofrimento prolongado da v\u00edtima e o intuito de humilha\u00e7\u00e3o e controle exercido pelo agressor.<\/span><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2824\" data-end=\"3000\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">O valor foi estabelecido com base no entendimento do <strong data-start=\"2877\" data-end=\"2915\">Superior Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a (STJ)<\/strong> sobre a possibilidade de repara\u00e7\u00e3o por danos morais em casos de viol\u00eancia dom\u00e9stica.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3 data-section-id=\"10zyy7a\" data-start=\"3002\" data-end=\"3027\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">R\u00e9u permanecer\u00e1 preso<\/span><\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"3029\" data-end=\"3134\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">A senten\u00e7a determina que o condenado <strong data-start=\"3066\" data-end=\"3102\">n\u00e3o poder\u00e1 recorrer em liberdade<\/strong>.
