Enquanto isso, a <strong data-start=\"544\" data-end=\"579\">Fazenda P\u00fablica do Estado de SP<\/strong> tem <strong data-start=\"584\" data-end=\"595\">15 dias<\/strong> para se manifestar sobre a delimita\u00e7\u00e3o da \u00e1rea, a incid\u00eancia dos atos mencionados pelo Munic\u00edpio e a compatibilidade com a reintegra\u00e7\u00e3o j\u00e1 decretada.<\/span><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"274\" data-end=\"747\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">\ud83d\udcf1 <em>Siga o O Movimento no <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/jornalomovimento\/\">Instagram<\/a><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"749\" data-end=\"1138\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><strong data-start=\"752\" data-end=\"771\">Entenda o caso:<\/strong><\/span><br data-start=\"771\" data-end=\"774\" \/><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Os im\u00f3veis s\u00e3o os restaurantes <strong data-start=\"805\" data-end=\"855\">Restaurante C\u00e9sar, Cantinho do Peixe e K-Peixe<\/strong>, lacrados em 2008 ap\u00f3s reintegra\u00e7\u00e3o de posse. Uma vistoria realizada em <strong data-start=\"928\" data-end=\"948\">novembro de 2025<\/strong> constatou que os locais estavam novamente ocupados e funcionando normalmente. A Justi\u00e7a prev\u00ea <strong data-start=\"1043\" data-end=\"1069\">multa di\u00e1ria de R$ 500<\/strong>, limitada a <strong data-start=\"1082\" data-end=\"1108\">R$ 10 mil por ocupante<\/strong>, em caso de descumprimento.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\" data-start=\"749\" data-end=\"1138\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #808080; font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">= continua ap\u00f3s a publicidade =<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"749\" data-end=\"1138\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-10312\" src=\"https:\/\/www.omovimento.com.br\/jornal\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/arte_Pro_sono-scaled.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"2560\" height=\"1707\" \/><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1140\" data-end=\"1428\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">O processo come\u00e7ou em <strong data-start=\"1162\" data-end=\"1170\">2007<\/strong> e envolve im\u00f3veis pertencentes ao Estado. Em <strong data-start=\"1216\" data-end=\"1224\">2010<\/strong>, a Prefeitura de Pirassununga passou a administrar as \u00e1reas via concess\u00e3o, permitindo a reabertura ap\u00f3s licita\u00e7\u00e3o. Por\u00e9m, o contrato venceu em <strong data-start=\"1368\" data-end=\"1394\">19 de novembro de 2025<\/strong>, tornando a ocupa\u00e7\u00e3o irregular.<\/span><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1430\" data-end=\"1749\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><strong data-start=\"1433\" data-end=\"1453\">Outros detalhes:<\/strong><\/span><br data-start=\"1453\" data-end=\"1456\" \/><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Um dos r\u00e9us falecidos foi substitu\u00eddo pelo <strong data-start=\"1499\" data-end=\"1510\">esp\u00f3lio<\/strong>, garantindo a continuidade do processo. A Justi\u00e7a autorizou o <strong data-start=\"1573\" data-end=\"1598\">uso de for\u00e7a policial<\/strong>, se necess\u00e1rio, e a nova lacra\u00e7\u00e3o dos im\u00f3veis.
