O decreto determina que o nome social seja utilizado em cadastros, formul\u00e1rios, sistemas internos, documentos administrativos e identifica\u00e7\u00f5es funcionais, <strong data-start=\"792\" data-end=\"829\">com prioridade sobre o nome civil<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"832\" data-end=\"1149\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Nas publica\u00e7\u00f5es oficiais e no Portal da Transpar\u00eancia, o nome social dever\u00e1 ser priorizado, com o nome civil restrito a situa\u00e7\u00f5es legais espec\u00edficas.
