Dono foi multado em R$ 73,5 mil \u2014 Foto: PM\/Divulga\u00e7\u00e3o<\/em><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p data-start=\"617\" data-end=\"814\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Durante a fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o, a equipe tamb\u00e9m localizou <strong data-start=\"667\" data-end=\"689\">27 aves silvestres<\/strong> mantidas em <strong data-start=\"702\" data-end=\"713\">gaiolas<\/strong>, <strong data-start=\"715\" data-end=\"775\">todas sem os an\u00e9is de identifica\u00e7\u00e3o obrigat\u00f3rios por lei<\/strong>, o que caracteriza <strong data-start=\"795\" data-end=\"813\">cria\u00e7\u00e3o ilegal<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote data-start=\"816\" data-end=\"981\">\n<p data-start=\"818\" data-end=\"981\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><strong data-start=\"818\" data-end=\"981\">Ao todo, foram apreendidos 20 galos da esp\u00e9cie Gallus, uma arena de combate, 20 gaiolas de madeira e 27 p\u00e1ssaros da fauna silvestre, al\u00e9m de outras 27 gaiolas.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p data-start=\"983\" data-end=\"1076\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">O respons\u00e1vel pelo im\u00f3vel recebeu <strong data-start=\"1017\" data-end=\"1048\">duas multas administrativas<\/strong>, que somam <strong data-start=\"1060\" data-end=\"1073\">R$ 73.500<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li data-start=\"1079\" data-end=\"1124\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><strong data-start=\"1079\" data-end=\"1092\">R$ 60 mil<\/strong> por <strong data-start=\"1097\" data-end=\"1122\">maus-tratos aos galos<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1127\" data-end=\"1195\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><strong data-start=\"1127\" data-end=\"1142\">R$ 13,5 mil<\/strong> pela <strong data-start=\"1148\" data-end=\"1195\">manuten\u00e7\u00e3o irregular de p\u00e1ssaros silvestres<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<blockquote data-start=\"1197\" data-end=\"1313\">\n<p data-start=\"1199\" data-end=\"1313\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><strong data-start=\"1199\" data-end=\"1313\">As aves silvestres, que haviam sido capturadas recentemente e ainda estavam ariscas, foram soltas na natureza.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p data-start=\"1315\" data-end=\"1493\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">J\u00e1 os galos permaneceram <strong data-start=\"1340\" data-end=\"1398\">temporariamente sob a responsabilidade do propriet\u00e1rio<\/strong>, at\u00e9 que a <strong data-start=\"1410\" data-end=\"1431\">Pol\u00edcia Ambiental<\/strong> encontre um local adequado para a <strong data-start=\"1466\" data-end=\"1492\">destina\u00e7\u00e3o dos animais<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1495\" data-end=\"1542\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">O caso ser\u00e1 <strong data-start=\"1507\" data-end=\"1541\">acompanhado pela Pol\u00edcia Civil<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"755\" data-end=\"930\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">\u270d\ufe0f <em data-start=\"1160\" data-end=\"1198\" data-is-last-node=\"\">Reportagem: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/jornalistatonioliveiraon\/\"><strong>Jornalista Toni Oliveira<\/strong><\/a><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;
