Mesmo assim, ele voltou a lan\u00e7ar <strong data-start=\"968\" data-end=\"995\">novos res\u00edduos no local<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\" data-start=\"826\" data-end=\"1022\"><strong><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"color: #808080; font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">= continua ap\u00f3s a publicidade =<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<div id=\"63534-1\"><script src=\"\/\/ads.themoneytizer.com\/s\/gen.js?type=1\"><\/script><\/div>\n<p data-start=\"1000\" data-end=\"1240\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Diante da reincid\u00eancia, os GCMs lavraram <strong data-start=\"1044\" data-end=\"1099\">auto de infra\u00e7\u00e3o por descarte irregular de res\u00edduos<\/strong>, conforme a legisla\u00e7\u00e3o municipal. O morador foi orientado a recolher o material, mas informou que <strong data-start=\"1198\" data-end=\"1237\">n\u00e3o pretende cumprir a determina\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1242\" data-end=\"1492\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">O caso ser\u00e1 encaminhado \u00e0 <strong data-start=\"1268\" data-end=\"1309\">Secretaria Municipal de Meio Ambiente<\/strong>, que poder\u00e1 adotar novas medidas.
