A magistrada considerou que a medida \u201cn\u00e3o assegura o patamar m\u00ednimo de presencialidade\u201d e \u201ctorna invi\u00e1vel o acompanhamento pedag\u00f3gico individualizado\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"923\" data-end=\"1177\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">A decis\u00e3o tamb\u00e9m impede a forma\u00e7\u00e3o de novas turmas e a efetiva\u00e7\u00e3o de matr\u00edculas nesse formato.
