O processo no STF estava parado desde dezembro do mesmo ano por pedido de vista do ministro Fl\u00e1vio Dino, mas voltou \u00e0 pauta na semana passada. Segundo o relator, o tribunal paulista invadiu a compet\u00eancia da Corte Suprema ao deliberar sobre o tema antes da decis\u00e3o final do STF.<\/span><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1076\" data-end=\"1434\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><strong data-start=\"1076\" data-end=\"1110\">Programa Escola C\u00edvico-Militar<\/strong><\/span><br data-start=\"1110\" data-end=\"1113\" \/><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">O programa, prometido para o ano letivo de 2025, prev\u00ea a presen\u00e7a de pelo menos um policial militar como monitor em cada escola, participando de atividades extracurriculares de car\u00e1ter c\u00edvico-militar.
