A decis\u00e3o foi tomada por\u00a0<strong>j\u00fari popular<\/strong>, nesta semana, no F\u00f3rum de Araras, interior de S\u00e3o Paulo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">O crime chocou a cidade em\u00a0<strong>setembro de 2023<\/strong>, quando Bruna foi morta a facadas dentro de sua pr\u00f3pria casa. A defesa tentou desqualificar a acusa\u00e7\u00e3o, alegando transtornos emocionais, mas n\u00e3o convenceu os jurados.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Al\u00e9m da pena de pris\u00e3o, o condenado tamb\u00e9m foi sentenciado ao pagamento de\u00a0<strong>indeniza\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 fam\u00edlia da v\u00edtima<\/strong>, cujo valor ser\u00e1 definido em esfera c\u00edvel.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">A decis\u00e3o representa um marco na luta contra a viol\u00eancia dom\u00e9stica e o feminic\u00eddio na regi\u00e3o.
