A popula\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00e3o pode ser penalizada com aumentos injustificados e sem qualquer di\u00e1logo com os usu\u00e1rios do servi\u00e7o\u201d, afirmou o advogado\u00a0<strong>Kayo Henrique Azevedo <\/strong>ao jornal<strong> O Movimento<\/strong>.<\/span><\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Segundo os autores, a majora\u00e7\u00e3o impacta diretamente a popula\u00e7\u00e3o mais vulner\u00e1vel da cidade, especialmente trabalhadores e estudantes que dependem do transporte p\u00fablico para suas atividades di\u00e1rias.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">A a\u00e7\u00e3o pede, al\u00e9m da\u00a0<strong>anula\u00e7\u00e3o do decreto<\/strong>, que seja concedida\u00a0<strong>liminar para suspender imediatamente<\/strong>\u00a0o reajuste at\u00e9 o julgamento final do processo.
